    Today I worked on my independent study and was able to add foler for my wordpress in debian server. Also worked on skillsoft customer service a little bit. I also helped Austin install some drivers on the computers he was working on. Tomorrow I will continue to work on skillsoft customer service classes.

    Today finished up Debian LAMP Server. Found a guide

    http://www.basicconfig.com/linuxnetwork/ubuntu_web_server_setup

    for Ubuntu which is similar or about the same to Debian.

    Learned from Joe that typing localhost all one word is the same as typing 127.0.0.1 for the IP and that port 80 respondes with the webpage.

    Today in Alex lecture he talked about Application Support. Alex said Microsoft is going in the same direction as Google Apps. Also backing up data most of it backed up on a server.     Today we continued with the permissions lab. The Shares Folder was the only folder that had network sharing on the computer. Admin folder had full control and the student had none.     Today we went over workgroup sharing. Through the C: Drive. At first we were not on the same network Buffalo had to change the router it was on in order to be on same network. We got through the lab but need to work on it some tomorrow.
    What I learned today is that when you move folders the shares break.
