    This exercise was an opportunity to find rational reasoning, for problem seen through the eyes of people who are frustrated and eager to access a life line of information. scenarios are endless problem that could result in many answers, but becoming comfortable with reasoning out the problem will many more scenarios.

  • My day was filled with obstacles. The assignment was to reset the boot loader to be a dual boot from within Linux, but problem with the system was endless, if it wasn’t the hardware, bad cd rom drive, the soft ware was bad. Back to the grind tomorrow.

    My lab today was to figure out why the Dell system would not boot up. My inspection found no memory card was installed, so I installed a 40GB hard drive, then I was able to access the Bios to check is the motherboard could see the hard drivel.

    • The 40 terabyte hard drive was certainly quite generous but it must be the size of a Ferris wheel.

    Today, was spent working on lab postings in our ticket system, updating and closing old tickets, and checking for errors in my postings. This has been a good experience for me becoming more familiar with proper protocol in using this system.
